Refund and Returns Policy

At Pak Furniture Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our return and refund process.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Certain products (custom-made or clearance items) may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, clearance sale items, and customized furniture are final sale and cannot be returned.
